T THE ONTARIO GENERAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION (OGCA), advocacy is not a
side activity—it is at the core of
everything we do. Every day, the
OGCA works tirelessly to ensure
that the voice of Ontario’s industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI)
general contractors is heard, respected,
and acted upon.
Our strength lies in collaboration.
By working closely with our members,
partners, and industry stakeholders, the
OGCA.CA
OGCA drives practical, solutions oriented
responses to the challenges facing our
sector. Whether addressing workforce
pressures, regulatory complexity,
procurement practices, or project risk, our
focus remains clear: advancing outcomes
that strengthen the industry while
contributing positively to the communities
where we live and build.
Every decision the OGCA makes is
guided by one fundamental principle—
what is best for our members and for ICI
general contractors across Ontario. We do
not advocate in isolation. We listen, engage,
and respond to real world concerns,
ensuring that contractor perspectives
help shape policies and programs that
directly affect project delivery, business
sustainability, and worker well being.
